Jenis-jenis Relaksasi

  1. Kaedah atau teknik pernafasan
  2. Gambaran dalam fikiran (Imagery)
  3. Regangan
  4. Senaman
  5. Teknik relaksasi yang lain
    • Progressive muscular relaxation (teknik yang lebih sukar)
    • Bertafakur
    • Yoga
    • Tai-chi
    • Muzik
    • Menari
    • Urut
Progression Of Exercise Programme
  • For strengthening - add weights, starting with low weights and low repetitions.
  • For endurance, to strengthen the heart and build up stamina - increase repetitions.
  • The aerobic phase may be replaced or added by other activitities e.g.
    1. Walking - Walk in a temperature controlled, humidity controlled and flat surface. For example in a Mega mall.
    2. Cycling
    3. Gardening
    4. Swimming
    5. Jogging - if you have been doing this
    6. Tai-chi
Gradually increase time, speed or distance.
